Troubleshooting
Here are some common troubleshooting solutions for ASID Members. If the below information does not answer the question you are looking for, please do not hesitate for email info@asidcanv.org.
Are you having trouble logging into your Membership Account?
Remember the login information is:
- User name or email address (same as you use to login in ASID.org)
- ASID Membership number
Are you not receiving emails regarding CEUs, Luncheons, STEP workshops, and Socials?
The email address that our Chapter Administrator utilizes to send you our chapter correspondence is obtained from the National ASID database. This list is updated weekly. If you aren’t receiving correspondence from the Chapter, then perhaps your email on record with ASID is incorrect, or your e-mail program has sent our E-mails to your “Junk” folder. Please take the time to check your SPAM from time to time and make sure to save info@asidcanv.org to your Contacts/Address Book, to ensure that your emails no longer end up as ”Junk”. It is also a good idea to confirm your email address on www.asid.org, so you do not lose touch with the ASID California Central | Nevada Chapter. Here is how:
- Visit: www.asid.org and on the upper right portion of the website is the login area. Once you are logged in click on “My ASID”.
- Click on “Profile Update” and then “Maintain Your Personal Profile”; confirm that the email on file is your most current email.
- Adjust as necessary and then click “Correct”. Then go back to “Profile Update” again and click on “Maintain Your Email Preferences” and make sure that there is a check in the “ASID email communications box”, and then click “Save My Preferences”.
If at any time you decide to opt out of ASID National emails, you will also be removed from Chapter emails, and all emails pertaining to ASID. By doing so, you will not be receiving the full benefits to ASID. Make sure you stay in the loop.
